Officers are investigating an indecent act that occurred yesterday in Halifax and are exploring whether this incident may be connected to two previous incidents on September 28.

On December 1 at approximately 10:30 a.m., a woman was walking her dog on the Mainland North Linear Parkway near Montgomery Court Trail when a man, who was on the side of the path in a wooded area, exposed himself. The woman left the area and contacted police. The man is described as white, 20-years-old, 5’10”, with a medium build. At the time of the incident, he was wearing a black knitted hat, a black hoody with lettering on the front and dark coloured pants.

Police are exploring whether this incident may be connected to two others.  On September 28 at approximately 11:30 a.m., a woman was walking on the Mainland North Linear Parkway near Langbrae Drive when a male, who was on the side of the path, exposed himself as she passed. The woman left the area and contacted police. The suspect is described as a young white male between 15 and 25-years-old.  This incident was released to the media and citizens on September 30.

Following media coverage on that incident, another woman came forward on October 5 as she experienced a similar incident at 8:40 a.m. on September 28. As she was walking on the Montgomery Court Trail off the linear pathway, she observed a young male exposing himself.  He is described as 15-17 years old, wearing dark pants, a light coloured ball hat and had a red GoodLife Fitness bag with him.

Police are asking anyone with information about the suspect and/or any of these indecent acts to call 902-490-5016.
