The HRP/RCMP Integrated General Investigation Section is investigating an incident where a number of shots were fired at a residence earlier this morning in Dartmouth.
At 6:31 a.m., police received numerous calls about a number of gunshots in the 0-100 block of Kennedy Drive in Dartmouth. Officers located an occupied residence that was shot at numerous times, however the occupants were not injured. A vehicle was also heard leaving the area at a high rate of speed towards Caledonia Road.
Kennedy Road is currently closed to all traffic while this incident is being investigated.
