On February 20 at approximately 12:14 a.m., police received a report of a noise complaint in the 1900 block of Brunswick Street, Halifax.
Once officers were on scene, it was determined that more than ten people were in attendance at the residence.
Officers issued a man and a woman each a Summary Offence Ticket for violating Section 71(1b) of the Health Protection Act which carries a fine of $1,000.
