Police looking for stolen car

Halifax Regional Police is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a stolen car and the individual(s) responsible for stealing it from Halifax.

On July 22, police responded to a residence in the 3100 block of Novalea Drive for a report of a stolen car. The owner of the car related that he last saw the car on July 19 parked inside his private garage and noticed the car missing on July 22.  

The car is described as a grey 1991 Volvo 740 bearing Nova Scotia plate EJZ 057. There is also a badge under the trunk’s Volvo brand that reads “T4”. The car also contained an 18-speed “Specialized SX7” bicycle, bare aluminium in color. There is no description of the suspect(s) at this time.  

Anyone with information regarding the location of this car and bicycle or the identity of the suspect(s) is asked to contact police at 902-490-5016.
