Police officers assist with delivery of baby girl in Halifax
At 9:20 a.m. on February 19, Halifax Regional Police responded to assist Emergency Health Service (EHS) Paramedics, for a report of a woman about to give birth in the 3500 block of Lynch Street, Halifax. Two patrol officers (one a former paramedic) assisted EHS paramedics with delivering a healthy baby girl. The mother and baby are doing well.
