Police are conducting an operation on Hartlen Avenue in relation to an ongoing investigation.
Hartlen Avenue, between Herring Cove Road and Theakston Avenue, is closed to vehicle and pedestrian traffic.
There is a large police presence in the area but no anticipated threat to public safety.
The public is asked to avoid the area.
