Halifax Regional Police is requesting the public’s help in locating a vehicle involved in a hit and run collision that occurred yesterday in Dartmouth.
At 1:25 p.m., officers responded to a two-vehicle collision at the intersection of Victoria Road and Windmill Road. A car turning left from Windmill Road onto Victoria Road was hit by a pickup truck travelling south on Windmill Road. The driver of the pickup truck did not stop after the collision and left the area southbound on Victoria Road. The pickup truck is believed to be a Dodge Dakota, black in color, with significant damage to the passenger side rear quarter panel.
