Police respond to a single vehicle collision GO#21-83274

On July 11 at 12:52 p.m., Halifax Regional Police responded to a single vehicle collision with injuries. It was reported that near the 2600 block of Agricola Street in Halifax, a man driving a motorcycle had collided with a parked vehicle.

Patrol members as well as Collision Reconstruction members responded to the scene with Halifax Regional Fire & Emergency and EHS. A man was located injured with undetermined, but, serious injuries. He was treated on scene and was transported to the QEII Hospital.

Police had the roadway blocked in both directions for a period of time while the investigation was ongoing, but it has since been re-opened.

The matter is currently under investigation and at this time there are no further updates in terms of what led to the collision. The parked car was unoccupied at the time of the collision.
