Police searching for robbery suspect GO#20-25435

On February 23 at approximately 7:26 p.m., Halifax Regional Police received a report of a robbery that had just occurred at a gas station located in the 200 block of Pleasant Street, Dartmouth. A man entered the store and threatened staff with a knife before fleeing on foot with a quantity of cigarettes and money. There were no reported injuries.

Police are looking for the public’s assistance in identifying the man. The suspect is described to police as a white man who is approximately 5’7” tall with a heavy build, wearing baggy blue jeans, a khaki jacket, black winter toque and tan work boots. He was also carrying a black gym bag.
