The contractor for this job was unable to begin work on this project today due to extenuating circumstances. A new PSA will be circulated when the work is rescheduled.
Wednesday, June 10, 2015 (Halifax, NS) – The Halifax Regional Municipality is advising residents that beginning tomorrow (Thursday) and continuing until Friday, June 12 (weather permitting) asphalt patching will take place on Portland Street from Baker Drive to Portland Estates Boulevard between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. Lane drops will be in place while the work is underway.
Motorists should expect delays in the area and are asked to use alternative routes whenever possible. The municipality apologizes in advance for any inconvenience this street closure and road work may cause.
