Saturday, Mar.5, 2016 (Halifax, NS) – The Halifax Regional Municipality is advising residents that the public open house sessions scheduled to take place today at the Lake Echo Recreation Society Community Centre between 1 p.m. and 8 p.m., regarding planning case 19800, an application to rezone lands to permit a Construction and Demolition Waste Processing Facility, have been postponed due to current weather conditions.
The safe travel of residents and our employees is imperative, and therefore the open house sessions will be rescheduled to a later date.
Residents will be notified via regular communications channels, including newspaper advertising, website and social media updates, when the new dates and times have been set for this public participation.
