Friday, Feb. 13, 2015 (Halifax, NS) – The Halifax Regional Municipality is advising residents that Granville Street in Halifax will be closed to vehicle traffic between George Street and Duke Street starting Monday, Feb. 16, until Wednesday, Feb. 18, for development work in the area.
Staff will be on site to accommodate access for local traffic and pedestrians from the Duke Street side only. The street will reopen overnight each evening at about 9:30 p.m. and shut down again when the work begins at 7 a.m.
The municipality apologizes in advance for any inconvenience this closure or the installation work may cause.
