Wednesday, June 4, 2014 (Halifax, NS) – The Halifax Regional Municipality is advising residents that starting at 7 a.m. Thursday, June 5, and continuing until 7 p.m., Friday, June 6, there will be road closures in place in the Clayton Park area to accommodate ongoing work on the water mains.
Sunnybrae Avenue between Willett Street and Alex Street, and Hillcrest Street between Central Avenue and Melrose Avenue, will be closed and a detour will be in place during that time. Motorists should expect delays and are asked to use alternative routes whenever possible.
The municipality apologizes in advance for any inconvenience this work may cause.
