Police investigate robbery

Halifax Regional Police are investigating a robbery that occurred on September 15th in Halifax.

At approximately 11:20 p.m., officers responded to Robbery at Subway located at 5560 Fenwick Street, Halifax. Staff stated that a white male entered the store and demanded cash stating that he had a gun.   No gun was seen and the suspect obtained an undisclosed amount of money and fled the store on foot.  The employee was not injured. The suspect is described as a white male, 35 - 40 years of age, wearing a blue jacket, dark pants, dark shoes, and a dark ball hat. 

Investigators in the General Investigation Section of the Integrated Criminal Investigation Division are currently investigating this incident and are asking anyone with information about this incident to contact police at 902-490-5016.
