GO #17-113794: Robbery

At 11:36 p.m. on Monday, July 31, HRP officers responded to a street level robbery in the 2000 block of Brunswick Street. The 31-year-old male victim was walking on Brunswick Street when he was attacked from behind by three males who demanded his cell phone. The victim was thrown to the ground and was punched and kicked while the suspects repeatedly demanded his cell phone. The suspects did not get the victim's cell phone, and they fled the area when a passersby approached to help. The victim was transported to the QEII hospital with minor lacerations to his face. The matter is still under investigation.

The suspects were described as three males, two of which Caucasian and wearing hooded sweat shirts; one grey and one red. No description given for the third male.
