At 9:40 a.m. on July 5, HRP officers responded to a street level robbery not in progress. The 15-year-old male victim was walking with his friend on Bayers Road in the vicinity of the Canadian Tire Gas Bar, when a male walked by them and exchanged some words in an attempt to cause an altercation and intimidate the youth. The male then demanded the victim empty his pockets or he was going to knock him out. The victim ended up turning over a sum of money to the suspect, who then left the area. The suspect was described as a white male in his early 20s standing 6 feet tall with blond hair. He was wearing a black muscle shirt and dark shorts and his right arm is covered in tattoos. There were no reported injuries.
