Monday, Nov. 2, 2015 (Halifax, NS) – The Halifax Regional Municipality is advising residents that Sackville Street in Halifax will remain shut down to vehicle traffic for another two weeks to facilitate a development project in the area.
The street is closed between Market Street and Grafton Street and is now expected to reopen at about 6 p.m. on Monday, Nov. 16. Pedestrians will continue to have access to the sidewalk along one side of Sackville throughout the closure. The municipality regrets any inconvenience this road closure or the associated work may cause.
