Tuesday, August 2, 2016 (Halifax, NS) – The Halifax Regional Municipality is advising residents and motorists that on Wednesday, August 3, road construction will take place on Simmonds Road from North Preston Road to the end of Simmonds Road. The work is scheduled from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. There will be stop-and-go traffic during this time.
Motorists should expect long delays in the area and are asked to use alternative routes whenever possible. The municipality regrets any inconvenience this work may cause.
