At 10:09 p.m., HRP patrol officers responded to a motor vehicle collision in the 0-100 block of Bayview Road in Halifax. A car was headed down Bayview Road, lost control on a turn, struck a power pole and went through bushes onto a residential property then collided with a vehicle parked in the driveway.
Two suspects were reported to have run from the car. K9 attended to assist but were unable to locate the suspects. Nova Scotia Power attended and repaired a power line restoring power to a portion of the street that had been affected and the roadway was re-opened.
No injuries were reported and the matter is still under investigation.
