On February 10, at approximately 4:00 p.m., Halifax Regional Police responded to the area of Primrose Street and Victoria Road in Dartmouth for a report of a stabbing. Officers located a 16-year-old female youth with a wound to her arm. She was transported to hospital by EHS for treatment of non-life threatening injuries. The investigation is in the early stages and members are attempting to collect information in relation to what occurred.
