On September 25 at approximately 5:13 p.m., Halifax Regional Police responded to a report of a stabbing in the 200 block of Herring Cove Road, Halifax. Investigators determined that there was one victim who had been stabbed. The victim, a 48-year-old-man was transported to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
At 6:55 p.m. a 27-year-old man was taken into custody without incident. This matter is in the early stages of the investigation and limited details are available at this time.
