Friday, Nov. 27, 2015 (Halifax, NS) – The Halifax Regional Municipality is advising residents that there will be some traffic delays in the Fall River area on Sunday, Nov. 29, as the Fall River & District Lions Club Santa Parade makes its way through the community.
The parade will begin at noon at the Community Hall at 843 Fall River Rd. It will turn head east on Fall River Road, continuing across Highway 2 and will finish in the Sobeys parking lot. The entire event is expected to last about two hours.
RCMP will be on hand to help direct traffic during that time. Motorists should expect delays in the area and are advised to use alternative routes, if possible.
