At 10:44 a.m., officers responded to Robert Burns Drive and Primrose Street in Dartmouth to a report of a man being assaulted. Responding officer located the victim who was unconscious on the ground. At this time, the 32-year-old male victim remains in hospital. There is no new information to release as the investigators are receiving little cooperation from the victim.
