A man whom police requested assistance in locating yesterday has been found safe and sound.
Twenty-five-year-old Sean James Heywood was reported missing to police on May 31, 2013. He was located unharmed this morning in Halifax.
Halifax Regional Police would like to thank the media and the public for their concern and assistance in this matter.

Halifax Regional Police is seeking the public’s help in locating a missing Dartmouth man.
Twenty-five-year-old Sean James Heywood was reported missing to police on May 31, 2013. He last contacted family members by phone on June 1 and police haven’t been able to locate him or glean any information on his whereabouts. Sean is a white man, 5'10”, 201 lbs., blue eyes and brown hair.
There is no information to suggest that Sean has met with foul play, however we are concerned about his well-being. Officers request that Sean or anyone with information on his whereabouts calls police at 490-5020.
