At 5:50 p.m., police responded to a report of a man setting bushes on fire in the area of Bayne Street in Halifax. Patrol members cordoned off the area and arrested a forty-three-year-old man. He will be appearing in Halifax Provincial Court tomorrow to face numerous charges including five counts of arson, attempt arson, mischief and possession of incendiary material.
