Police Investigating Shots Fired

As part of the on-going investigation into shots being fired in Dartmouth last night, police have determined that a bullet went through a fence on Fundy Lane but have yet to find its final location. Members of the HRP/RCMP Integrated General Investigation Section are continuing the investigation.

Police Investigating Shots Fired

Police are investigating a report of shots being fired last night in Dartmouth.

At 7:40 p.m., police responded to a report of shots being fired in the area of Demetreous Lane and Victoria Road. Upon arrival, officers could not locate any evidence that shots were fired.

Today, Patrol Officers, accompanied by the HRP K-9 Unit, returned to check the area in daylight. They located evidence which confirms that shots were fired. There is no evidence at this time to indicate injuries or damage as a result of the shots being fired.
