At 4:30 p.m. on January 31, a 19-year-old female pedestrian was walking on the sidewalk in Portland Street. She proceeded to cross at the intersection of Eisner Boulevard, stepping into the crosswalk with the walk light, when a vehicle turning right onto Portland Street from Eisner Boulevard struck her with the front passenger side of the vehicle. She fell backwards and to the ground. She attended the hospital later in the evening for assessment. The driver of the vehicle did not provide her information to the pedestrian.
The suspect vehicle is a black car, driven by a female with black curly hair. The matter is still under investigation.
