On March 17, 2014 at 12:10 p.m., Halifax Regional Police responded to 209 Chain Lake Drive in Halifax for a car/pedestrian collision. A 20-year-old woman was walking through the parking lot when a vehicle backed out of a parking spot then drove forward striking the woman in the arm causing minor injuries. The driver of the car stopped to check on the woman and then drove away. The vehicle is an older model 4-door dark blue car with a female driver in her 40’s with dark hair. The investigation is continuing.
