November 20, at 9:11 p.m., a 22 year old male pedestrian was crossing Herring Cove Roadd at Sussex Street in a marked crosswalk, when he was struck by an oncoming car. The male was transported to the hospital, for possible injuries, it was determined he did not sustain any injuries. A sixty eight year old male driver was issued a Summary Offence Ticket for failing to yield to pedestrian in a crosswalk.
