NOTICE OF APPROVAL
NORTH WEST COMMUNITY COUNCIL

TAKE NOTICE THAT NORTH WEST COMMUNITY COUNCIL did, on MONDAY, MARCH 18, 2024 approve the following application:

Application by Chris O’Connell for a development agreement to permit an addition to the existing recycling facility at 15 Sackville Cross Road in Lower Sackville.

Any aggrieved person, the Provincial Director of Planning, or the Council of any adjoining municipality may, within fourteen days of the publishing of this notice, appeal to the Nova Scotia Utility and Review Board (902-424-4448) in accordance with the provisions of the Halifax Regional Municipality Charter.
This notice was posted to this site on March 19, 2024 in accordance with the requirements of the Halifax Regional Municipality Charter.

Request

Application by Chris O’Connell for a development agreement to permit an addition to the existing recycling facility at 15 Sackville Cross Road in Lower Sackville. 

Proposal

The major aspects of the proposal are as follows:

  • 9.8 m x 17 m, 166 square metre addition (32 ft x 56 ft, 1792 square feet)
  • 7.6 m building height (25 ft)

TAKE NOTICE THAT North West Community Council did, on Monday, March 18, 2024, approve the following: 

Case 2023-00912 - Application by Chris O’Connell for a development agreement at 15 Sackville Cross Road in Lower Sackville. 

Any aggrieved person, the Provincial Director of Planning, or the Council of any adjoining municipality may, within fourteen days of the publishing of this notice on the HRM website, appeal to the Nova Scotia Utility and Review Board (902.424.4448), in accordance with the provisions of the Halifax Regional Municipality Charter.
