Planning Applications

Application by Dexel to amend the HMPS and HPLUB to allow a mixed-use development of a 30 and 16 storey tower situated at Spring Garden Rd, Robie and Carlton Streets.

WSP Canada has applied to amend two existing development agreements in Bedford.

Planning & Development is working to update the zoning for Aerotech Business Park and surrounding lands within Airport Industrial Designation. This project includes introducing new zones that will protect and support these valuable industrial lands.

Application by Dennis Hiltz to amend the existing development agreement at 94 & 96 Pockwock Road, Hammonds Plains

Application by KWR Approvals Inc. to amend the policies for Block B of the River-Lakes Secondary Planning Strategy, and also to amend the Land Use By-law to enable a development agreement on a portion of Block B in Canal Court, Fall River.

This is to consider mid-rise, multi-unit buildings on Dartmouth Road it will also include some properties on Wardour Street. There are two proposals.
