Three Sheet
Three Sheet is a five member, genre-bending power house with a firm
base in hip hop and backed by 100% beatbox percussion . With a highly portable
composition of 3 microphones, a guitar, and a bass, Three Sheet is known for
their mind-melting organic sound with no samples, no loops and no synthesized
drums.

The Mellotones
This nine piece ensemble is Halifax’s premier dance band. These musicians started enhancing their skills at a young age to give them the
confidence and charisma to wow their audience. This group appeals to the young
and the young at heart. With a four piece horn section, they perform the dance
classics the way they were intended.

Halifax's favourite New Year's Eve show is back again this year with the
same high-energy event New Year's Eve revelers have come to expect. Our
celebration on the Grand Parade will start at 9:30 p.m. with live entertainment from the stage. The rest of Atlantic Canada join in when the show broadcasts live at 10:00 pm.
In it's 18th year, the show will pay tribute to the New Year and all the
excitement 2012 promises to bring our region.
Hosted by CTV Morning Live personalities Cyril Lunney, Heidi Petracek,
and Tina Simpkin - the show will feature over two hours of live
entertainment, including Carleton Stone, Three Sheet and the Mellotones.
If you can't join us on site, join us on CTV Two as we ring in the New
Year between 10:00 p.m. and 12:30 a.m.
