Motion:
That the Chair of the Board of Police Commissioners direct the Chief Officer of the Halifax Regional Police and recommend that the District Commander of the Halifax District Royal Canadian Mounted Police prepare staff reports outlining strategies for improving the accessibility of Victim Services, including the feasibility of, and possible advantages and disadvantages of, making Victim Services independent from police services.
