Motion:
That the Board of Police Commissioners appoint Commissioners Kent, Blackburn and Giles to a working group to finalize action items and timeframes associated with the Board of Police Commissioners’ strategic priorities.

The Board of Police Commissioners may rise and go into a private In Camera (In Private) session, in accordance with Section 51 of the Nova Scotia Police Act for the purposes of dealing with the following:

A matter pertaining to an identifiable individual or group.
Motion: 
That the Board of Police Commissioners: 

1. Adopt the recommendations as outlined in the private and confidential report dated September 18, 2023; and 

2. Direct that the private and confidential report dated September 18, 2023 be maintained private and confidential.

13.2 PERSONNEL MATTER - Private and Confidential 
A matter pertaining to an identifiable individual or group.
Motion: 
That the Board of Police Commissioners convene to in camera to discuss the matter.
