That North West Community Council give notice of motion to consider the proposed development agreement, as set out in Attachment A of the staff report dated February 7, 2017, to enable the development of multiple unit dwellings at Innovation Drive, Bedford West Sub Area 3, Bedford and schedule a public hearing.
