Motion:
That Harbour East-Marine Drive Community Council give First Reading to consider approval of the proposed amendments to applicable Land Use By-laws as set out in Attachment A of the staff report dated October 23, 2023, and schedule a public hearing to be held concurrently with North West Community Council and Halifax and West Community Council.

14.1.2 PLANAPP 2023-00453:  Development Agreement for 42 Canal Street, Dartmouth [PDF]

Motion:
That Harbour East-Marine Drive Community Council give notice of motion to consider the proposed development agreement, as set out in Attachment A of the staff report dated November 20, 2023, to construct a mixed-use, multi-unit building and schedule a public hearing.
