13.1.1 Case 22820: Amendments to Development Agreement, Hanwell Drive (Sunset Ridge subdivision), Middle Sackville [PDF]
Motion:
That North West Community Council approve the proposed amending development agreement, which shall be substantially of the same form as set out in Attachment A of the staff report dated May 12, 2022.

13.1.2 Case 21826: Amending Development Agreement for 771-819 Bedford Highway and 12-32 Esquire Lane, Bedford [PDF]
Motion: 
That North West Community Council give notice of motion to consider the proposed amending development agreement, as set out in Attachment A of the staff report dated June 1, 2022, to allow additional commercial uses, an expansion of the commercial area within existing buildings, construction of new motel buildings and accessory buildings, subdivision of the lands, and a reduction of the non-disturbance area, and schedule a public hearing. 

13.1.3 Councillor Appointment to Appeals Standing Committee [PDF]
Motion:
That North West Community Council recommend that Halifax Regional Council appoint one (1) member of North West Community Council to the Appeals Standing Committee for a term to November 2022.

A matter pertaining to litigation or potential litigation in regard to an identifiable person and information whose disclosure could reasonably be expected to prejudice the interests of the Municipality.
Motion: 
That North West Community Council:

1.    Adopt the recommendations as outlined in the private and confidential supplementary report dated May 18, 2022; and 

2.    Direct that the private and confidential supplementary report dated May 18, 2022 be maintained private and confidential.

15.2 PERSONNEL MATTER - Private and Confidential Report
A matter pertaining to an identifiable individual or group. 
Motion: 
That North West Community Council:

1.     Adopt the recommendations as outlined in the private and confidential report dated June 1, 2022; and  

2.    Direct that the private and confidential report dated June 1, 2022 be maintained private and confidential.
