Motion:
That North West Community Council:
1. Approve the proposed development agreement, which shall be substantially of the same form as
set out in Attachment A of the staff report dated October 2, 2017; and
2. Require the agreement be signed by the property owner within 120 days, or any extension thereof
granted by Council on request of the property owner, from the date of final approval by Council and
any other bodies as necessary, including applicable appeal periods, whichever is later; otherwise
this approval will be void and obligations arising hereunder shall be at an end.

Motion:
That North West Community Council appoint up to two (2) members to the North West Planning Advisory Committee as per the Terms of Reference for the North West Planning Advisory Committee.

13.1.2 Case 20907: Amendment to the R-6 (Rural Residential) Zone of the Sackville Land Use By-law to permit pet care facilities in conjunction with a dwelling. [PDF]

Motion:
That North West Community Council give First Reading to consider approval of the proposed amendment to the Land Use By-law for Sackville, as set out in Attachment A of the staff report dated October 10, 2017, to allow pet care facilities in conjunction with permitted dwellings under the R-6 (Rural Residential) Zone and schedule a public hearing.

That North West Community Council approve the proposed 2018 meeting schedule as contained in attachment one of the staff report dated November 15, 2017.

Motion:
That North West Community Council:
1. Proceed to appoint up four citizens to the North West Planning Advisory Committee for a term to November, 2019 as outlined in attachment one of the private and confidential staff report dated November 14, 2017.
2. It is further recommended that the citizen appointments be released to the public following ratification and notification of the successful candidates.
3. It is further recommended the November 14, 2017 private and confidential staff report not be released to the public.
