HRM hosted its Award Ceremony on April 17, 2013 at the Harbourview Holiday Inn in Dartmouth. The Mayor and Regional Council presented awards to the recipients followed by a reception. This years Volunteer of the Year was Allana Loh of Dartmouth. |
