 • Scotia Bank Centre Waste Heat Recovery
 • Dartmouth Sportsplex Cogen Plant
 • Pool Filtration System Upgrades
 • Landfill Gas Utilization at Otter Lake Landfill
 • Halifax Organics Management and Long-Term Operating Contract RFP
 • Cogswell District Energy System
2.    That the Environment and Sustainability Standing Committee’s recommendation and the staff report dated April 6, 2018, be forwarded to Regional Council for consideration at its meeting held on May 8, 2018.

That the Environment and Sustainability Standing Committee request a staff report on permitting portable air conditioners to be disposed of/collected at Household Hazardous Waste Depots without prior removal of the CFCs (refrigerant gases).
