With over 50 Community and Recreation Centres around the municipality, recreation services offers a variety of recreation programs to children, youth, adults, and seniors all year! From little kickers soccer, to swimming and skating lessions, to zumba or photography; there's a recreation program available for everyone!
Gyms will be open for school-aged children and youth, along with their parents, to come build an obstacle course, dance, shoot some hoops, or anything fun and active. Parks & Recreation staff will be onsite at each school to welcome and assist participants, but unlike other municipal programs, these sessions are FREE and will be unstructured with no lesson plans or organized activities.
Learn about our supervised beaches, outdoor pools and splash pads. Lifeguards are on duty from June 30 until August 31.
