Important Notice: If you're requesting a reprint of your Property Tax Bill, you may see an error message. Don’t worry—your request will still go through. If our Taxation team needs any additional information, they’ll contact you using the email address you provided. Please note that your credit card will not be charged.

 

The municipality has introduced new online services which are now available to assist residents with property tax inquiries and transactions. Details are listed below, along with the required fee. Note that customers or their agents can only request information for their own accounts and will also have the option to go to a Customer Service Centre for these services if they are unable to submit the request online. Once the order is created, the request will be sent to the property tax team and will be actioned within two days of receipt. Staff will reach out to the requestor, if required, and once completed the order will be sent to the email address provided.
