At approximately 11:30 p.m. on December 6, Patrol Officers in West Division attended a motor vehicle accident at the intersection of Dunbrack Street and Main Avenue where a man was struck in the marked crosswalk. A vehicle travelling east on Main Avenue was attempting to make a left hand turn onto Dunbrack Street when the man was struck. The pedestrian was transported to hospital by EHS with minor injuries. The driver of the vehicle was charged under the Motor Vehicle Act for failing to yield to a pedestrian in a crosswalk.
