At 4:15 a.m. on Sunday, December 8, HRP officers responded to the area of Duffus Street and Jarvis Lane after several reports were received regarding possible gunfire heard in the area. Officers responded quickly but could not locate any victims, witnesses or physical evidence relating to a shooting. Investigators returned to the area today to conduct another physical search and perform a canvas for possible witnesses. This matter remains under investigation at this time.
