On February 23. at 6:44 p.m., police responded to a pedestrian/vehicle collision at the intersection of Thistle Street and Victoria Road in Dartmouth. a 32-year-old man crossing Victoria Road in amarked crosswalk was hit by a vehicle turning left from Victoria Road onto Thistle Street. The pedestrian suffered minor injuries and was treated at the scene by EHS. A 49-year-old woman was issued a Summary Offence ticket for failing to yield to a pedestrian in a crosswalk.
