14-38531 Shooting - East Division

On March 19, at 10:30 p.m., officers responded to a report of several shots being fired in the area of Bras Dor lane in Dartmouth.  A 24-year-old man was located suffering from gun shots wounds and two suspects were seen leaving foot. The victim was transported to Hospital by EHS with non-life threatening injuries. The HRP/RCMP Integrated General Investigation Section and Forensic Identification officers attended the scene to assist with the investigation. 

The suspects are described as two black men in their early 20’s, 5’7” to 5’9”, wearing  dark clothing. A K-9 unit was deployed and tracked the suspects from Bras Dor Lane to Demetreous Lane then northbound towards Boland Road to the NorthBrook school property. The weapon used was not recovered and no arrest have been made.
