On January 3, at 4:27 p.m. police responded to a report of a weapons complaint at the intersection of Dentith Roadd and Herring Cove Road in Halifax. A man and a 19-year-old woman were pushing a stroller with two young children in it when someone approached them and pepper sprayed the woman. The man and children were not injured. She was treated by EHS at the scene. No further details were provided by the victim, there are no suspect description available at this time.
