Police make arrests in robbery
Halifax Regional Police have made three arrests in a robbery that occurred on August 13th in Halifax.
At approximately 11:00 p.m., officers responded to a robbery in the area of Plateau Crescent, Halifax. A 20-year-old male was walking in the area when he was approached by three male youths who began to assault him. During the assault they removed some of his personal property and fled on foot to a nearby residence in the 0-100 block of Plateau Crescent. Three male youth suspects were located by police hiding inside a residence and arrested for robbery. The victim’s property was also recovered by police.
Two of the youths are being held for court on Monday, the third was released to attend court at a later date. The victim was treated by EHS at the scene for minor injuries.
