Friday, May 1, 2015 (Halifax, NS) – The Halifax Regional Municipality is advising residents that on Sunday, May 3, crews will be doing maintenance work on behalf of CN Rail on the railroad tracks on Akerley Boulevard in Dartmouth.
This work will begin at 8 a.m. between Mosher Drive and Morris Drive and is expected to continue until about noon Sunday. During that time, the southwest bound (downhill) side of the median will be closed to traffic. Crews will maintain a single lane of traffic in each direction using an altered centre line.
Motorists should expect delays and are asked to use alternative routes whenever possible. CN Rail and the municipality apologize in advance for any inconvenience this work may cause.
