Investigators with the HRP/RCMP Integrated Major Crime Unit have charged a man in Wednesday’s child luring case.
A picture of the suspect was released in an attempt to identify him. As a result of tips from the public, investigators were able to learn the man’s identity and arrested him without incident at 9:27 a.m. this morning in Halifax. Police would like to thank the public for their help.
A 19-year-old Sackville man is scheduled to appear in Halifax Provincial Court on Monday to face charges of abduction of a person under fourteen and sexual assault.
